FAQ1 : What is RILEK?
RILEK is the abbreviation for 'Rangkaian Interaktif Elektronik Kerajaan' or Electronic Government Net. In conjunction with the initiatives of 'eServices', is one of the six Malaysia's Electronic Government Flagship Application. This revolutionary project is to provide the convenience to the public to have interactive access with government agencies.

FAQ2 : What kinds of services are available from RILEK?
At this current moment, RILEK offers the following services:
- JPJ General Summons Information Inquiries and payment of summonses.
- PDRM General Summons Information Inquiries and payment of summonses.
- Demerit Points Information. (KEJARA)
- Tenaga Nasional Berhad bill payments and inquiries.
- Telekom Malaysia bills payments.
In the near future, our business strategy will focus on expanding more on e-government services such as (DBKL, MOH etc) and other public utility services.

FAQ3 : Will I be charged when using RILEK services?
No charges will be applied when registering. However, for each successful transaction you will be charged a transaction fee of RM2.00.

FAQ4 : What kind of benefits do you get from using RILEK services?
The benefits from using RILEK services are easy, reliable and secure, which are:
- You can view; check your account status on your bills and summons, including previewing your payment history.
- All payment will be automatically credited from customers account.
- You will able to check and make payments 24 hours a day either from home, office and other convenient location that has access to the internet.
- You don't need to queue up at counters or go through traffic congestions to make any kind of payments.

FAQ5 : Who are eligible to use the services?
The service is open to the public, who has the access to the Internet and also owns a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in order to make any payments. To those who doesn't have access to the internet, they can transact via using our RILEK kiosk, which a located at public venues.
In the near future, plans are being developed to implement the use of MyKad and ATM at our kiosk.

FAQ6 : How do I register to use RILEK services?
Go to www.rilek.com.my. At our website, click on 'Register RILEK', please the Terms of Services after agreeing terms and conditions, click on 'Proceed'. Fill out all the required details in the form displayed. Please ensure that all information submitted is correct to avoid any complications.
Among the required information, users are required to fill in the appropriate username and password.
Once completed. Click on 'Proceed'.

Under the RILEK screen, please enter your username and password (as in the registration) to begin using the RILEK services.

We use the latest 128 byte encryption technology, SET protocol and MOSET to avoid any payment information to be accessed, change or copied.

Yes, you can use the RILEK services anywhere in the country as long as you have access to the internet.

FAQ13 : How do I know that my transactions have been successful?
Once your payment process is successful, the system will display as message and receipt of the successful transaction.
You will also have the option to refer to your 'Payment History', whereby you can verify and print the receipt from the system.

FAQ14 : Can I register more than one TNB bill using the same username?
Yes, you are allowed to register up to 3 TNB bill (different names) using the same username.

FAQ15 : How do I add in my bill in the session?
As an example with the TNB bill (Tenaga Nasional), under the 'TNB Services', click on 'Add/Cancel Account'. From there, you can either cancel the account or add in a new account.

You are not allowed to make partial payments for bills or your summonses.

PC with at least a Pentium 133MHz processor or 32MB RAM or higher
SVGA or higher resolution monitor, 256 colours
Modem of 28.8kbps or higher
Operating system Windows 95 or 98
Netscape Communicator version 4.06 or higher
Internet Explorer version 4.0 with Service Pack 2 or higher

FAQ18 : How can I upgrade my browser to 128-bit SSL encryption?
If you are using Internet Explorer that below version 4.0, you can
go to "www.microsoft.com"
Select Downloads Centre
Select Internet Explorer 4.0 for Windows 95 & NT 4.0
Select Date Column refers to date "3 Feb 2000" And Title Column refers to title Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack 4.0 (Windows 97)
select Download.

If you are using Netscape Communicator,
go to "www.netscape.com"
select Download software and add-ons.

If you are using Internet Explorer,
select Tools,
select Internet option,
on the Temporary internet files ,
if internet Explorer that above 6.0 version.
just select delete cookies button,
else if below 5.0 version
select Settings button and select View Files button
then find the Cookie:name@www.rilek.com.my text Document and delete it.
