FAQ1 : What is RILEK?
RILEK is the abbreviation for 'Rangkaian Interaktif Laman Elektronik Kerajaan' or Government Interactive Network Portal. In conjunction with the initiatives of 'eServices', it is one of the six Malaysia's Electronic Government Flagship Application. This revolutionary project is to provide the convenience to the public to have interactive access with government agencies.
FAQ2 : What kinds of services are available from RILEK?
At the moment, RILEK offers the following services:
- Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) summons inquiries and payment.
- Malaysian Transport Department (JPJ) Driving License Exam Part 1
- Malaysian Department of Inslovency (JIM) bankruptcy inquiry.
In the near future, our business strategy will focus on expanding more on e-government services such as Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and other public utility services.
FAQ3 : Will I be charged when using RILEK services?
No charges will be applied when registering. However, for each successful transaction you will be charged a convenience fee of RM2.00.
FAQ4 : What kind of benefits will I get from using RILEK services?
Apart from easy, reliable and secure, you will also benefits from the following:
- You can view, print, or export to PDF your summons inquiry result and payment history.
- Secure payment channels.
- Our service is available 24/7 either from home, office and other convenient locations that has access to the internet.
- No need to queue up at counters.
- Our Support team is available 7 days a week to assist you should you require any. (Excluding public holidays)
FAQ5 : Who are eligible to use the services?
The services are available to the general public as well as corporate organizations. RILEK e-services are also accessible from our kiosks which are located at public venues. Look for a big blue metal box that says "RILEK" on it.
FAQ6 : How do I register to use RILEK services?
Go to rilek.com.my and click Register. Fill out all the required details in the form. Please ensure that all information entered are correct before submitting to avoid any complications. Once reqistered, you will receive an activation email sent to the email you have specified in the registration form. Click on the activation link included in the email and you're good to go. Use your email address and password to login to the site.
FAQ7 : How do I start using the RILEK services?
Go to Login page and enter the email address and password that you have used during the registration to login. Once logged in, you are free to browse and use any available services.
FAQ8 : How do I end my session with RILEK?
All you need to do is click on the Log out link to end your RILEK session.
FAQ9 : What if I forget my PIN or password?
Go to Reset Password Page or click on Forgot your password? link on the Login page and enter the email address you use during your registration. Click on "Reset Pass". A password reset email will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email and you will be able to set a new password for your account.
FAQ10 : How is my electronic payment protected?
We use the latest 128 byte encryption technology, SET protocol and MOSET to avoid any payment information to be accessed, change or copied.
FAQ11 : Can I access RILEK services outside of Malaysia?
Yes, you can access RILEK services anywhere in the universe as long as you can access earth's internet.
FAQ12 : What do I need to do if I encounter any problems with RILEK services?
You can contact our helpdesk at 03 7887 1053 daily from 8.30 A.M. to 5.50 P.M. (except public holidays) or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAQ13 : How do I know that my transactions have been successful?
Once your payment process is successful, you will be redirected to the receipt page. You also have the option to go to Transaction History page, where you can view all your payment history and print or reprint your receipt.
FAQ14 : Can I make partial payment for my bills or summonses?
No, you are not allowed to make partial payments for bills or your summonses.
FAQ15 : What hardware and software do I need for Rilek.com?
A computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection and a web browser.
FAQ16 : How can I upgrade my browser to 128-bit SSL encryption?
If you are using Internet Explorer that below version 4.0, you can

FAQ17 : My computer crashes or the web site freezes. What should I do?
If you are using Internet Explorer,
select Internet option,
on the Temporary internet files,
if internet Explorer that above 6.0 version.
just select delete cookies button,
else if below 5.0 version
select Settings button and select View Files button
then find the Cookie:email@example.com text Document and delete it.
